Cancellation Policy - Sunday-Thursday - 48 hrs cancellation notice is required prior to the day of arrival, otherwise a 50% cancellation fee will be taken. (This does not apply to special weekends, i.e. Grand National, Race Meetings, Open Golf and Easter/Christmas/Bank Holiday weekends.)
Friday-Saturday – All bedrooms require a non-refundable deposit of £20 per room, per night which will be taken at the time of booking to secure the reservation (taken from credit or debit cards). If a room is cancelled less than 24 hrs before arriving the remaining balance will be taken.
