Tariff

The following tariff provides a guideline to our prices.

Children upto 2 yrs - No charge, 3yrs - 14yrs £10.00

Also available are travel cots and extra beds.

All above prices are fully inclusive of Bed and Breakfast.

Discounts are available on longer stays - Please ask when booking - Also business rates available.

Cancellation Policy (Sunday-Thursday) is 48 hrs prior to the day of arrival, otherwise a 50% cancellation fee will be taken. (This does not apply to special weekends, i.e. Grand National, Race Meetings, Open Golf and Easter/Christmas/Bank Holiday weekends.)

We take all major credit cards, cheques and cash.

Weekend Bookings - All bedrooms require a non-refundable deposit of £20 per room, per night which will be taken at the time of booking to secure the reservation (taken from credit or debit cards). If a room is cancelled less than 24 hrs before arriving the remaining balance will be taken.
