There is plenty to do when you stay at 21 Park House Guest House - you could explore the country lanes and quaint villages - you could pop into Ness Botanical Gardens, with its beautiful grounds and views across to Wales.

Hilbre Island is just off the beach at West Kirby and is cut off from mainland for upto 5 hours at high tide - it is home to grey seals and many sea birds.

Bicycles can be hired, (brought to the guest house) and from there you could cycle along the Wirral Way or on many of the cycle routes across Wirral. You could play golf on the many golf courses the Wirral has to offer, Royal Liverpool at Hoylake, Caldy Golf Club, Heswall Golf Club, Wallasey Golf Club, and more.

Water sports include sailing and windsurfing, both of which can be done on the Marine Lake at the end of Park Road. See West Kirby Sailing Club, Dee (Heswall) Sailing Club, and Hoylake Sailing Club for more information.

Sport is very important in Liverpool. We have the Reds at Anfield (Liverpool FC) and the Blues at Goodison (Everton FC), and you can take a tour at either of them.

Hoylake is also home to the Sand Yacht Club and nearby New Brighton is the venue for the Kite Festival. The Grand National at Aintree is one of the best know horse races in the world.

Whatever you decide to do there is plenty of choice.

Wirral Golf Classic 2011
